ry, because it was constructed steel - no pavement, so as you drove over the bridge you could see straight down into the water. Well, as a child that was scary. As an adult driving over it, it was old, narrow and many car crashes that I remember. Anyway, the bridge was demolished and recently when I was up visiting Dad, Cindy, Sara and Tom - Cindy drove us over the new bridge. Bridges have always amazed me - the engineering..... how do you build a bridge? Amazing.
