Welcome SpringTime!

What a fantastic time of year -- yesterday was the first day of spring, and just in case you lose track of time - just look outside! The grass is getting green, Pear-y is in bloom, the lillies are sprouting.... I love it! It's early this year, and I'll certainly take it! The only better time of year for me is SUMMER, and it's clearly on it's way! Happy Spring!

Good Friends are Forever

I think the one thing that I love so much about Bob is his life long friends. It means so much, as a good person -- if you have good friends, you have a good life. This is just a picture of Bob on the phone, calling his old room mates back from his college - fraternity days. Gosh, to have good friends for such a long time. Good People :)

Kate and Jerry recently made a trip up to Bismarck to visit Family and Kate's friends -- they've been friends since grade school, if you can believe that! That's friendship, huh!

Valentine's Day Weekend

We had a great weekend, celebrating our family and friends. Here are a few pictures..... girls at Happy Hour, drinking with the Taliban, boys gambling...... We were at Cripple Creek doing some partying and gambling. Outside there was a cool ICE Festival happening. Good Times :)

We Lost a Great Person

Karen's Dad, Greg passed away recently, and Bob and I want to express our sorrow, but we feel privileged that we had the opportunity to know him. He is a great person..... just a bit from the obituary that the family wrote:

Gregory A. Tarvin, 64, of Loveland, CO: He loved traveling with his wife Joyce, and enjoyed being in the outdoors. Mr. Tarvin is survived by his wife Joyce D. Tarvin of Loveland, son Ken Tarvin of Loveland, daughters Chrissy Tarvin of Fort Collins, CO, Karen Anderson and husband Luke of Cody, WY, and grandson Emmett Anderson, also of Cody, WY.

Karen, Joyce, Chrissy, Ken, Luke and Emmett and all family - you are in our thoughts and prayers. Take Care, love, Bob and Donna

Movie Date

Bob and I had a movie date today --The movie is 'Gran Torino -- the Clint Eastwood movie. If you've seen it, Bob has decided he has met is idol for growing old :( If you have not seen it, it's a GREAT movie, we both loved it. Good or bad movie, Kristi and Cindy -- I took my cell phone that you gave me for my b-day gift. Thanks! Came in Handy! ;)

Happy 80th Birthday, Ellenora!

We just keep having more fun! Happy 80th Birthday Ellenora -- and, many more! We visited Lake Havasu City to help celebrate Ellenora's 80th Birthday, and what a birthday it was! What a milestone birthday, huh! Gosh, Kristi and I met while working at the Bank of ND - umm, about 30 years ago - and the rest is history. Ellenora is Kristi's Mom, and our wonderful friend! Happy Birthday!

What a great weekend spent with WONDERFUL FRIENDS. Ellenora, Henry, Kristi, Gary, Cindy, Ruth, (we missed you Barry), Scott, Tammy, Arden, Dee, Doug, Corrine, Aaron, Jim, Barb, Cheryl, Perry...... all ! What a GREAT time, and I hope I can celebrate like this on my 80th.
