Hello Out There :)

Again I find myself ignoring my blog -- I'm not ignoring it, just been busy away from the computer I guess!

Bob and I are getting ready to leave this winter madness and off to spend a week in Puerto Vallarta, MX. We're both anxious to get there and relax in some sunshine. Bob has plans to golf one day, I want to go into town one day ( I love the old city), and maybe rent a scooter and just explore on our own for a day. Other than that.... mimosa's, sand and sunshine. I'll post some pictures when we return. We leave a week from today - have I said I can't wait????????

Breckenridge and the Snow Sculptures

Bob and I headed up to Breckenridge to see the Snow Sculptures and we spent Sunday night at our Timeshare place - Grand Timber Lodge. We had such a nice time!!! Talk about a tale of 2 cities.... it was nearing 60 when we left here on Sunday and winter storm up in the mountains! I'm such a fair-weather fan anymore, but, really enjoyed seeing the sculptures, shopping in Breckenridge, stopping for a beer....etc. It's always fun up there, no matter the weather. I'm already looking forward to a weekend this summer!

Enjoy more pictures of the sculptures: http://picasaweb.google.com/Donna.Loves.Bob/2008SnowSculptures.

Aaron and Ryan came for dinner

Yesterday, Aaron and Ryan came over for dinner. With the bad weather again this Christmas, the busy holiday season and everything else that goes along with that, Ryan just now was opening his Christmas presents from his Grandpa (who Ryan refers to as 'Bub') and myself. We had such a fun evening. I don't know if Ryan teases his 'Bub' more, or Bub teasing Ryan. The two were at it all evening! Ryan kept us all busy -- it sure proves that you have to be young to have the little ones :) What a joy he is. I've posted more pics in the web album - enjoy!

Happy New Years

Happy New Years to all Friends and Family :)

Bob and I are starting the new year with new promises between us and we hope to have a real good 2008 and lots of fun years beyond that.

We stayed home for New Years Eve and did some celebrating in the hot tub. I tried my best to take pictures (yes, we are wearing our bathing suits!), but between the steam and just the fact that it was barely above zero -- picture taking was a challenge to say the least. We had a nice evening and actually stayed awake this year to ring in the New Year together. I think we really needed to that this year -- bring in 2008 together.

Happy New Years to everyone!

Welcome back to Colorado, Luke, Karen and Emmett

Luke and Karen,

Please don't hate me for this, but I have to share our fun times with EVERYONE. Welcome back to Colorado -- in the one evening we've spent together I think I stated WAY TOO MANY times how much Bob and I miss you guys! Welcome back to Colorado! We love you -- have I said how much we miss you?
To anyone that reads this blog, these pics just might give a hint of how much fun we have! Looking forward to spending time with you in the next days!!!!!

Congrats to Amy :)

Amy looks very concentrated on receiving her diploma..... CONGRATULATIONS! Amy, if you read this I hope you know how very proud your Uncle Bob and I are of you! You've worked very hard - both at school and always having a job also. Very Cool. Please always remember us when you're rich and famous, Amos :)
I'll be posting pictures from Amy's graduation party shortly. Fun party! Fun Night!
